Islam is the religion of peace

                                   It is not wrong to pay visit to a sick non muslim.

It is allowed to visit a sick non muslim, as is evident from following narration(s):

Narrated Anas (RA): A Jewish boy used to serve the Prophet (PBUH) and he became ill. The Prophet (PBUH) went to pay him a visit & said to him, “Embrace Islam,” and he did embrace Islam.

 Al-Musaiyab said: When Abu Talib was on his deathbed, the Prophet (PBUH) visited him.
